The service has been inconsistent, with reports of buses being hours late and leaving early. Some passengers have experienced rude behavior from bus drivers. Despite this, the journey was comfortable for some, although there were complaints about cold air blowing on the legs during the trip to Parnell.
On 10 August 2020, I boarded your bus in Johannesburg with the understanding and expectation that the journey would end at Mthatha Station, as stated when I purchased my ticket. However, upon arrival at Mthatha Circus Triangle, the driver unexpectedly announced that this would be the final stop and informed passengers that he had been instructed not to proceed to Mthatha Station.
This sudden change caused significant inconvenience and confusion for me and other passengers, as we had made arrangements based on the advertised final destination. No prior communication was given about this change, and no assistance was offered for transport from Circus Triangle to Mthatha Station.

Your bus leaked on m so I get wet in my seat, so did my pillow and my jacket. It was most unpleasant. We arrived 2.5 hours late. No USB Charing point.
