It was a 17 hour drive and we were not alowed to stand up...even just to ask when the next stop would be. It was my partners first bus ride and I wanted it to be a pleasant experience. After the first stop we had to wait 7 hours for the next ofter bring sold we would be stopping at Bloemfontein. Dying of thirst in a overheated bus, let alone mothets and children. We feel like that the driver didn't care about the well being of the traveler's. Must say the buss was very clean and the driving was impeccable. Just no concern for our comfort

First it didn’t pick us at Midrand we had to take eagle liner to park station and charging points are broken, the bus broke down. We arrived after 10am instead of 8:30am

To make things worse, on the morning before arrival, the power points were switched off, the air-conditioning was not working, and the bus became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant journey.
