Intercape always disappoints, they gave us a Big Sky bus which the chairs are too squashed and uncomfortable. If I wanted a big Sky bus I would have booked one. They just keep getting on my nerves each time

I could not make it on time the Adress was not accurate on the gps , I tried calling the office with no avail . The bus even left me without contacting me , as I was lost and they were not picking up their phone.

The bus was delayed, I was supposed to be leaving at 11 ended up leaving at 12:30, the bus charging port were not working, the toilet was smelling. The driver is the best, I arrived at Durban safe, the customer service was good, he was very respectful and patient.

My experience wasn't nice, the new buses has small seats, so i was cramped the whole time i couldn't move, and it was very cold i was sitting next to the window it was like it open or something the wind has been blowing me, which is not the first time this has happened, please check your windows a person can die for air blowing with a nine hours distance, I've been disappointed, even now am still tired my body is stiff that was a horrible experience for me
