I did not enjoy that we traveled for 9 hours for miscommunication between drivers. The driver wasn't informed that he must stop in Kroonstad to pick up a passager. We waited for the passager for about an hour and 30 minutes. I liked when the couch admitted that the problem was theirs and he apologized

The bus is always delayed for about 3hours.
I had an emergency around 3:30 and the earliest bus I saw was the 06:15, eagle liner bus. The bus arrived around 08:10. I thought I was gonna be in Pretoria at 12:10. Guess what time I arrived… just before 15:00. God must help me not to book this bus again. The bus was from Cape Town, my pick up point wa Bloemfontein .

The bus departed and arrived on time. Departed at 19:30 and arrived at 06:30. We were able to buy food at various petrol stations. Heater provided and we were warm.

The bus drivers for bus989 from Bloemfontein to pretoria 15 June 2025 from 12:45 - 7:40 were very rude and negligent to me because they took advantage of my young age, I demand that they be let go or else I am going to escalate this matter and ensure that your company is reduculed in social media and deemed untrustworthy because the staff that you hire are incompetent

The bus driver didn't care much about the passengers, the toilet inside the bus was extremely dirty and due to that everyone waited for the first stop, the driver made the first drop in a place that didn't have a toilet so nobody came out... Basically we had 1 stop on a hours trip, the bus was very unhygienic
