I did not enjoy that we traveled for 9 hours for miscommunication between drivers. The driver wasn't informed that he must stop in Kroonstad to pick up a passager. We waited for the passager for about an hour and 30 minutes. I liked when the couch admitted that the problem was theirs and he apologized

The bus driver didn't care much about the passengers, the toilet inside the bus was extremely dirty and due to that everyone waited for the first stop, the driver made the first drop in a place that didn't have a toilet so nobody came out...
