My experience wasn't good at all. The bus was late with 30 minutes and no one said anything to the passengers. We had flat tire along the way and it took almost 2 hours for it to be fixed and again no one said a thing to inform the passengers.

I did not even embark on my journey as the bus(intercity) cancelled the trip and moving us to the next day without any communication whatsoever! I tried getting answers the customer service people were so rude and not remorseful or to even apologize for what they did. I'd not even recommend this bus to anyone
