The bus drivers are bad with customer service. We were left for 2 hrs at a Shell garage in Queenstown under the impression that we buy food and use bathrooms, without saying anything to the passengers, the driver drove off and came back after two hrs. A further hour was spent somewhere, still in Queenstown waiting for a bus coming from East London. It was a longer unpleasant 18 hour trip from Mthatha to Joburg. I would NEVER use these barbaric company again.

Firstly, it was not Intercity Xpress but just Intercity bus, and nothing was communicated to us.
2. We got stuck between Mount Frere and Mt Ayliff shortage of diesel and water.
3. We arrived 3 hours late than expected

This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed. The bus got stuck in the middle of nowhere at 2am for 5 hours. I am still on my way to Johannesburg now. I am very disappointed with the service
