Everything was excellent from customer service desk to the drivers. The only thing I didn't like, when they gave me those slips, they never explain to me that they gave the bus nr from those slips, I nearly missed the bus, while I arrived @ 16:00 pm at park station. But by God's grace I didn't miss it.

The bus was late and it was raining there is no office at ultra city , before we reached Johannesburg we were moved to another bus we shaped and as a result I lost all my cosmetics again on my way back to mtata I took the same bus departure time was 19:30 and the bus was 3hours late am still on the was pity I missed my interview which was at 10:00 am , if I knew I could have taken another bus, I will never ever book the apm again

My bus Departure was at 1:30pm but it came around 4pm.. the bus stopped for 1 hr as the driver crashed into another car and still I haven't reach to my destination and I have lost my flight as well

There was absolutely nothing to enjoy about the trip, what irritated me worse was your selfish employees, they made me pay R150 for extra luggage but along the way people had more luggages than mine but they didn't pay a penny, to a point the luggage compartment was full some passengers had to board with their luggages. I'm never using intercity again in the near future good luck with your old buses.

First of all the bus I was shown to board was unmarked.They demanded that I pay for my bag without weighing it and demanded a receipt which was provided after I have been taken up and down by a certain unprofessional lady who threatened to leave my leave it on the pavement.In the bus there were no seat belts as written by red sign that all passengers should have them fastened. The bus left after 15.30 for Ultra City where we left after 45min for Queensown and on that time 2 boys were missing after getting to in a marked Delta Bus by mistake bound for Cape Town.We were in a confused situation. In Queenstown we again spent another hour waiting for other passengers.It looks like I was in a Taxi which was collecting left passengers and had not booked a bus which had two spaces when I paid mine on line.There was no order.I arrived in Joburg St 6.45am exhausted after spending 16hrs in hard seats and unfriendly environment.The boys which were missing were picked up in Queensown and were arrested by police after they left the bus as they were undocumented foreigners together with the person who was there to collect them.This was an an eye opening experience.

The condition of the bus is very bad, the charging ports are not working. It kept breaking down and it was a scary experience because this happened at night until early morning. Imagine being stuck in the middle of nowhere in these dangerous times. The bus definitely needs to be changed for the safety of passengers as we pay at the end of the day. We were delayed by 2 hours.

This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed. The bus got stuck in the middle of nowhere at 2am for 5 hours. I am still on my way to Johannesburg now. I am very disappointed with the service
