Not even two hours into the trip the bus stucked and we waited for almost 3 hours for a bus to come get us.

I missed it and i was only 3 minutes late,the bus driver didn’t want to stop and it was literally in front of me

The bus broke down. We waited for 6 hours for a backup bus. I was supposed to arrive at 16:00, it's 20:37 and we are still on the road.

The bus is lovely, the ride was great, but the seats aren't comfortable for the spine as it curves which hurts but other than that I love the bus!

Bus was late and the.was no communication to the passengers why it was late and this is not the first time this happens 😕 😑 otherwise the ride and the bus was splendid

I enjoyed everything, the bus was clean , the charging port was working , the music was nice and chilled, it was warm and cozy

We nearly missed the bus, because the staff at Park station don't display or announce the bus leaving. They just say "10pm" bus. So there was Durban and Kby buses leaving same time. On the way as well when the driver drops off PPL in different towns, he just announce the town once. He doesn't ensure that the passengers hear him . Most passengers were confused, as it was dark.

Very bad, the driver and the crew allowed for people to drink alcohol in the bus. They were screaming and dancing the whole night. Worst bus trip ever

We didn’t get greyhound we we transported in another branded bus. No communication was sent before the said time that the bus is going to be late. Only got a message at 9pm when we were already in the bus. 1 h 10 minutes is a long time to wait not knowing what is going on

The bus was in schedule and we arrived on time
