Enjoyed nothing! We got stuck for over 6 hours in the cold, bus that was supposed to arrive at 8am arrived at 3 pm

my experience was very bad, the driver was not a good driver a very reckless driver, no phone charging ports were working, stops were very limited and the driver almost met with an accident twice

overall the experience wasn't bad but when I needed to get on the bus after I've checked in the driver was unable to find my number or code or whatever and i had to wait 23 mins while he back and frothed calling the office etc. that was very stressful and unpleasant

The bus was almost two hours late. We were waiting from 00h10 am until 02h00 am. Which is unprofessional and unacceptable.

THe service was very disappointing because the passenger was on wheelchair and no assistance was provided by the driver or the assistant.

I was very upset with the driver and his unprofessional behaviour. The bus was nearly two hours late and he was irate with me as a customer for taking long to get on the bus whilst he had not communicated to us where to place our luggage

Firstly I would like to thank the steward, Morris. Our daughter was travelling on her own without a cell phone. He was very helpful and gave his cell number in order for us to have contact. We could call him anytime during the trip to follow up if she was still ok. He would also keep us posted on where they are driving and about the little delay they had along the road. Thank u Morris

The bus came 3 hrs late and there was no explanation or apology from the crew and on the way it kept on stopping for long minutes

I didn’t like it when the air conditioner was on for the duration of the whole trip. And also it was a bit uncomfortable sitting in front, we couldn’t stretch out our legs

The service was really nice. It was really relaxing. Only problem was that the bus at the top started dripping water inside but luckily it didn’t touch any of the passengers

Our charging slots were not working,bus delayed to reach Kimberly but the service was good

The bus arrived 3 hours late, cramped up seating, dirty environment - passengers litter. Drivers were however welcoming and tried to make up for the time.
