Excellent drivers, but only stopped twice coming from cape town to Bloemfontein, 3 stops are definitely needed. Would suggest Beaufort West also be made a stop, because 6 hours non stop from laingsburg to colestown is a bit too much. Other than that no complaints

The staff is very nice, bus on time, they communicate well. As for the bus, I won’t be using greyhound anymore, their standard is not the same since it came back. Uncomfortable 12hr ride, bought premium ticket, using same bus yet we pay different prices, cockroaches are a lot, the bus smells bad due to the toilet. Why cant they fumigate their buses really? Very uncomfortable sitting on chairs with small/big cockroach on chairs

The bus should depart at 6pm. At 7:30 I was finally put on a bus. At 4:30 am, the relief driver woke up to take his turn. I joked with him. He asked me where I get off. I said Bloemfontein. The bus was cancelled and we were not informed until exactly an hour after our supposed departure time. We were taken to a different bus that left 2hrs later than the time we were supposed to leave...this bus deserves a whole book of it's own, from picking up Hitch hikers to people sleeping on the passage way and drop off on the highway... listen regret the whole experience
