I'm very disappointed as I had booked a ticket for the mainline due to the comfort and space in the bus to my Suprise when the bus arrived it was not the mainline double decker bus due to this fact it was very uncomfortable traveling cramped up in the single deck bus with seating very close whereas mainline is much more spacious. unfortunately, I will no longer use inter cape as they do not keep to the word when ppl book bus tickets

Everything was on point even the seats were comfortable, the drivers were sweet but thè toilets were bad, there was no tissue , the man pee area was full of urine even on the floor, yuck

Yooh,it's was very late,supposed to be at cape town station by 20:45,but arrived at 00:00

The trip was too long it took 32 hours while the ETA on the ticket was 28 hours. There were fewer refreshment stops from the drivers to a point where i had to ask for a food stop. The stops took too long if ever they happened

Staff is not friendly at all ,nor helpful, the attitude they give when addressing something is so shocking , it looks like they are not happy to work there and they are forced. even when they are telling the passengers the stations that they are in they speak so softly so that you dont hear them

I enjoyed their cool Air , I didn't like the dirt on the bus floor, I kindly advise they get plastics

My trip was fine accept the toilet door handle was broken and we ended up not able to use the toilet , there was no toilet paper,airconditioner was leaking and the driver was not helpful when we report it.
