Bus to East London 2 hours 35 minutes late, to many stops were made during the trip

Let consultants make sure they do contact passengers before bus leaving terminal because some passengers were left by the bus due to time constraints

It was comfortable what I liked is that I was able to charge my phone but the bus delayed I was supposed to arrive at 6pm but I arrived at 10pm very disappointing the bus would stop randomly for good 10 minutes.

I had the worst travel of my intire life the driver was so rude, i was deprived of using the toilet at a garage, no communication about stop, wr left 30minutes late from durban i only got to pee by force at mount allyif from durban, at mountcurry we all expected that we were goung to be given a break to eat instead that driver tol me i won't or even use a toilet. Onpy got to buy food in Mthatha i hate that bus company with my life i even dispise the logo.

It was an aweful experience both buses were off schedule, and seats need to be adjusted for travellers comfort

The seats are comfortable but the bus was cold, we had to ask the driver to switch on the heater

The bus came late and arrived late

There were delays at most of the stops, I ended up arriving an hour later that what was promises
