The booking was easy, the bus left on time, the bus was clean, air-condition did work, no stoppages because of mechanical issues, the driver was experienced and mostly kept the speed limit, all was fine and I will book again with Intercity

It was of the worst experience…it was my first time but the bus kept on having too many problems firstly it was a break down ..secondly there was no conductor,thirdly no prayer was made before we left last part we were told to change the bus when we got to the garage

I arrived for depature on the 1st of January 2 hours before the bus depture and i was advised that there was no available buses to travel by, this incovenience has caused a delay in my planning, the staff were unproffessional in adressing this matter. In the future i will not be travelling with this bus and i would not recommend anyone to use Mzansi
