Our bus changed to Eagle Liner. It was super cramped because the seats are the width of the torso not the shoulders and the row I sat in had three seats instead of two. The bus was one hour late and we arrived 5 and a half hours later that the ETA. The toilet smelled so bad the whole way too. The driver was also very unresponsive to the passengers needs and I have video proofs of the results of his actions. There's is literally nothing good I can say about my trip on the bus.

The worst Firstly the bus is booked was for 07:50 I got there an hour before weighed my bags everything in time but couldn't get space on the initial bus I booked 4 of us where left and had to wait for over an hour when the bus came it wasn't the one I had booked it was an eagle liner, very uncomfortable

The staff were very helpful in getting my dad onto the bus and finding him a seat at the front with extra legroom as he is a large man but struggles with walking. The staff made sure he was comfortable and the bus driver ensured me he would take care of him which was very helpful.

The bus was very old and lacked air-conditioning. There was no communication, the bus was late and the driver made unnecessary stops and did not follow the route advertised. The final stop was not in the usual spot where all other busses stop - he asked us to get off in a crime ridden precinct. We almost got mugged and had our bags stolen while waiting for someone to pick us up.
I will never recommend your bus to anyone and I will be posting negative comments on social.media.
