Bus Tickets from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg

i enjoyed the whole trip the only problem was that the air conditioner was on and it was so cold how i wish the bus could’ve been more warmer

The whole bus had a terrible toilet smell. Even the air vents smelled. The aircin of the bus made a rattling noise the whole trip

Im going to stop using intercape because one trip is having more than 5 stops we endup spending 12 hours in a bus

Terrible they gave us a bus that was full anwe had to wait for the next one at nigh. Soon after the late hour , the bus dies we told we must expect a machenic late at night , no communication at all and it's at night and how is it a bus dies in the middle of the road don't they get serviced

The bus that was on time was full so had to wait another 45 minutes for the next bus.

Bus was late more than an hour late( seems to be a pattern where company mixes different time slots of buses

I enjoy that we arrive one time and the journey was great except that the bus was not on time for departure.

Driver was very friendly, whenever he stopped at a Garage before he would leave he would check if everyone came back

The seats and aisle were very small. We were squashed together. It was extremely hot, the fan overhead wasn't working. The driver was late etc.

It’s was very cold inside heaters where not working windows half closed due to being broken

Got to my destination way ahead of time am grateful, but please try and sort out the rest room it stinks

The driver was driving very fast especially on a dusty road towards vereeniging

The bus came six hours later. Missed appointment and incurring extra costs. Will not be able to ketch return trip because of Big Tree bus. Horrible experience

I did not enjoy first thing I couldn’t identify my bus since no one was assisting secondly when we reach at Montrose garage the drivers decided to change the buses I almost returned to Pmb without knowing

The bus was 3 hours late, no communication was given or an apology. when the bus eventually came we had to be changed from one bus to another bus because the bus that came did not have permits.

The trip was ok even though it exceeded the arrival time mentioned.It had many stops.

No interesting your bus just stop at scort waiting a late passenger the whole 30minite

They didn't come I was freezing whole night, they are useless I wish the government shutthem down coz they scamming us

The bus had mechanical failure its had no power we were stark in Montrose for hours and the driver was un professions I had to go and hike at my own expense

The bus was supposed to pick us up in Pietermaritzburg by 9:30am only for it to arrive at 12:00pm Disgraceful service, I could never recommend any one to book this bus ever!

The bus was very old and lacked air-conditioning. There was no communication, the bus was late and the driver made unnecessary stops and did not follow the route advertised. The final stop was not in the usual spot where all other busses stop - he asked us to get off in a crime ridden precinct. We almost got mugged and had our bags stolen while waiting for someone to pick us up. I will never recommend your bus to anyone and I will be posting negative comments on social.media.

I did not appreciate the fact that passengers were being squashed while drivers occupy the whole back seat sleeping comfortably, we are the customers they could at least utilize a two-seater,while one driving one uses the two-seaters to rest not the whole back seat, adults with children could go there. another thing bus came late it was cold, there is no station to wait.
