Very bad. We were supposed to arrive at 3;30pm but we arrived at 6 pm. What an inconvenience! Too bad. They do not think about people who are connecting and people who walk from the bus. Those people took the bus because they wanted to arrive early.

Bus was late . Which is usually the case when I do travel with intercity. The aircon was blowing hot air the whole ride. It was so uncomfortable. There cannot be not ventilation for 7+ hours with 60 people on a bus. It's so important for the aircon to be working. We book busses that speculate that there is aircon and this is not the first time I experienced this. We couldn't even open the windows!!

Firstly I booked a Big sky Bus but ended up in a Intercape bus and the driver didn't know how to switch off the lights until and hour of driving.. and when he figured out how to switch off the light's, the television was on playing random videos without anything sound.. if I was supposed to connect somewhere I didn't know and anyways people use ear pods now. The bus stopped in a garage in the middle of nowhere so we couldn't find anything suitable to eat.. what happened to the old fashioned Montrose. When I asked the driver to switch off the Television so we can try catch some sleep he said it's being controlled by management in the office.. some ridiculous story like that. If I wanted an Intercape bus I would have booked one.. but I'm really disappointed at Big Sky. I had a horrible experience in Intercape Bus 804 from Durban to Johannesburg on the 3rd of August 2025
