The bus drivers are bad with customer service. We were left for 2 hrs at a Shell garage in Queenstown under the impression that we buy food and use bathrooms, without saying anything to the passengers, the driver drove off and came back after two hrs. A further hour was spent somewhere, still in Queenstown waiting for a bus coming from East London. It was a longer unpleasant 18 hour trip from Mthatha to Joburg. I would NEVER use these barbaric company again.

It arrived nearly on time and the charging ports didn't work,also the driver hit a cow and no one came to explain to us what happened and we were just there panicking till others had to go out and see and they were told to get back inside,but guess what no one even bothered to apologize they just continued driving.

This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed.
