My experience with Eagle Liner was very bad. I am very dissatisfied with their services and as a matter of fact I will never travel with Eagle Liner ever again! The bus arrived 3 hours late and after it arrived a mechanic had to be called and we waited another hour. The drivers did not address us as passengers with respect and there was no clear communication indicating was was really happening.

great disappointment in the service offered by the company. Firstly, Vilmora does not have a station in the Tourism Centre (Bloemfontein) but it oparates there in a daily basis, we were force to wait outside so that the bus does not leave us since there's no announcement if it has arrived or not. Secondly, the bus was late with almost 2 hours with no clear communication from the company on what's going to happen, the temperature reached minus 2 degrees. Thirdly, the bus had no working AC.
Lastly, I so wish all these big factors can be communicated prior, a clear structure that goes hand in hand with the companies t&c's.
I have signs of a cold and I would be lucky if the young and the elderly we were waiting with didn't get any cold related disease's like pneumonia.
