This trip went very smoothly. I had a two-leg trip with a 35-minute layover in the middle. We got to my first station in Raleigh, NC, around 10 minutes later than scheduled. I don't think this was Greyhound's fault, as there was slower-than-usual traffic caused by protests along the bus route. I had plenty of time to make my connection and complete the trip. If I had to improve something, it is that the layover station lacked signage to direct me to my next bus. I had to ask people waiting in the two lines to make sure I was in the right line.

Our bus driver was phenomenal and well informed on how to handle bus transferring procedures as our original bus broke down. Very professional and reassuring in directing all of his passengers. How ever the fact that the bus was in questionable working condition before we even left our original station for our 8 hour journey… we were delayed and ended up having an unplanned heavy 2 hour layover. The transportation staff still tried their best but I expect the buses to be maintained properly. None of the outlets are functioning, most chairs are not able to a lean back. So naps are not ideal on the long journeys. First bus was full blast AC, and we were absolutely freezing. The second rescue bus had absolutely no air circulation at all. I will not be booking with grey hound again unless absolutely necessary. Uncomfortable and unreliable source for a timely transportation.

Trip to Atlanta was fine on the way home to Baton Rouge none of the plugs work on the bus to charge phones then we got to mobile no driver the rest of the trip we had to sit 6 hours from 1pm to 7pm then got to New Orleans had to sit another 2 hours now it says arrival time 1240am a 5 hours difference from original time 740pm I am very dissatisfied with this service I would like to request partial of my return trip home

It was hot because the heat was on and the plug in front of my seat did not work. When I got to Dallas I got off the went to the restroom and then went outside to smoke a cigi went back to get something to drink because my ride was gonna be a while the security guard told I have to wait outside. It was rainy, they even have portapotties outside so that we don't ask to use the bathroom. I felt very much like I had done something wrong, or maybe just the color of my skin

Nothing, broke down for 8 hrs. It's 1800 hrs and im still in the bus when I was supposed to be in Tulsa at 1400... worse part of it all, driver mentioned supervisors knew the bus wasn't not running correctly...
