Bus from Mthatha to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

The bus was extremely late, I am still on the road as we speak, bus I suppose to be in Cape Town at 11.30am.

The bus arried 5 hours late, it was very bad and there was no one to be accountable 😭

The bus was 2 hours late, no explanation or an apology, that's very unprofessional. we were supposed to arrive in cape town at 06:30 but we arrived at 10:00 I was from Mthatha to Cape Town, on the 22 Nov 2025. Intercape does not deserve even a single star, they have poor service

It's clean, I arrived before the estimated time,their driver is communicating very well with passengers. Their service is top notch 👌 👏

Bus not in good condition, air-con dripping the whole day and night, 3 rows both sides affected and were soaking wet. Driver assisting took pictures of the situation Bus 859.

From umtata to cape town the airconditione was very cold we ask the driver fr it to be adjusted no avail, i came from the dr nw my feet are still sore due the coldnes frm big sky

I enjoyed my trip I so wish they could communicate with passengers like when the bus stops how long is gonner take

The guy at mtata give poor service is was there from 13.30 waiting them to tell us which bus must we take when the guy come he call all intercity tickets must go he didn't call eagle liner around 13.50 iwent to eagle liner was standing when I find out it was going joberg walk to the office 14.05 the lady give me bad attitude she say the bus left me already while I was there she say I must go ultra city ihave to pay R150 to go ultra city still missed the bus they try late to send other car

The bus was smelling small chick and the drivers They don't have respect and menars they treat us like a dog

I enjoyed air conditioning alot , but I dislike the fact that the bus does not honor its times because when booking it suppose to reach Cape Town on 7:30 but it was late by a whopping 3hours! The chairs are closer to each other no space for legs

The bus was late delayed about 3hours after we stuck in a tunnel we had to wait for the mechanic about another hour.Apm s not reliable

I didn’t take the journey because I was 2 minutes late (due to stop-and-go) and the bus couldn’t wait for me even after I called to indicate this.

Very clean ,beautiful bus it’s so fast and the driver is polite,I enjoyed the journey

New bus is magnificent and fast, also type c charging port is a bonus. But passengers have tendency on stretching the sit wider to an extent that the person behinds sitting uncomfortably especially if they are tall

The bus was on time at Mthatha, there was an issue with pssangers going to jb who were in the same bus as us till Queenstown. At Queenstown they were taken to another bus that was from east london goung to jb. After that was sorted there was an issue that some passengers going to cape town did not have seats in the bus. This resulted in the bus delaying for 3 hours

I had a very bad experience with Delta Coaches.Their staff members and drivers are very rude. I was supposed to board at 14h30 but instead the bus left at 15h55. It was also overloaded

Everything was fine, arrived on time and the bus was charging my experience was great enjoyed my trip with DELTA

Bad service ever the bus didnt come and we stucked at komani till 9:30 no more using this bus

Bus was late then it dies 3 times but at least after it dies at Worcester they send taxis to fetch us

Makalala did us bad, I booked a ticket from Mtata to Cape Town and I ended up in crossroad. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get into a shuttle that took an hour because the driver could not use the GPS. I think Makalala Transport can do better by not giving false information to clients.

I was very disappointed because it was my first time using this bus bus but it got stucked at Queenstown now the driver says he is going to drop us at bus station at town but the arrival says at Joe Gqabi stockroad yhoo I'm very unsatisfied

Driver left us at 3:30am at Mispel Road Bellville telling us he doesn't deliver, he didn't care about passengers safety

The bus stuck in Graaff-Reinet around 9-10pm and the mechanic arrived following day around 12pm. The bus owner didn’t care he was not picking up his phone the whole night. Traveling for 48 hours going to Cape Town it’s not nice at all.

I didnot enjoy the trip the bus was too old, too cold and chairs were broken toilet was smelling and dirty even a passanger pooped on the bus .the bus itself was smelly and conductors were not helpful

Ooh I will choose Badela even on my next trips. Their time management 🫰🏽best drivers 🫰🏽 let me just say their service is amazing.

It was good their service, I don't want to lie, but the Wifi it wasn't working when I want to use it.

Their bus was in horrible condition, seats had dirty stains and the bus was just dirty. The bus itself needs mechanical attention is slow

Bus left on time which is gud but there were unnecessary stops not communicated with clients in the wilderness, sometimes we will be informed when they are done or not at all, but was too hot during the day and too cold at night only bottom but on the deck they were sweating. Service busses in order to circumvent losing your clientele, small things may lead to something serious and that's not what we want, we love using jobela services.

The bus arrived at 16:00 which is 4 hours late and we got into the bus but at 18:00 we were still at the bus station. It was raining we were wet, and our bags were soaked wet also. After 6 we were told that the bus was cancelled and will leave the following morning so all in all the bus never left

Firstly, the bus I booked never showed up, I had to call and ask what was the delay, and when some bus arrived which was not the 1 I booked, it was late by an hour 30 minutes or more, it had no tiolets as I had booked a bus with1, all I all iwill never book with Flexi City connect ever again

The trip was terrible, the bus never arrived and we were taken by a taxi
