Bus Tickets from Harare to Cape Town

Bad service they was no bus they selling tickets without buses please remove this bus on your online platform this guys are scams

First of all we are still in Bloemfontein Second of all the drivers they don’t communicate with that passengers that it’s time for lunch the bus was very full some people end up standing and siting in the passage lm not happy at all and l Won’t recommend it and people were fighting over sits bcoz 1 sit was sold to 5 people

The reception at road port and along the way was exceptional ,the team was awesome at the border as well,however the bus should have all ports for charging put in place at all seats,bus had prblms with fuel injectors in jbh which delayed us but attended to asap.overally trip was awesome n worthy.

It's only breakdowns that disappointed me.

Fast and efficient and the staff is very friendly

I enjoy my journey because of the service provided received the driver were very helpful. The have good customer service. I can waiting to use it again on my way back

Very terrible service from Chihwa. People went to board the bus on Sunday 12th as booked only to be told at the office that there is no Sunday bus and return on Tuesday. They did not even bother to communicate prior. Then Tuesday again there was no bus. What an inconvenience. Will never use that bus again and i will also advice my friends and family to never use it. Greatly dissappointed

The bus was not available on the day booked. They had to move my sister into a different bus. Arrival time was totally wrong. Very disappointing

Bus was suppose to leave Harare at 10h00 on Friday, 31 March 2023, was then told bus was leaving at 6pm that evening, it eventually only left after 10pm that evening. When the bus got to Beaufort West, the bus was impounded as the licence of the bus expired the day before. Another bus was arranged which only left late evening. Not impressed with the service
