To me this was bad service, at 12 midday I was at the bus station expecting to leave at 2pm but the bus arrived at the station 3hrs later.
Expected arrival time in Harare was 11am, but we haven't arrived at our final destination. The saddest part is i failed to meet my appointment. I am deeply disappointed

I traveled, I'm home but it took me 24 hours to get home.
Best coaches bus was in for service, it didn't come, the sad part is that I only came to know about that when I arrived at the station, there wasn't some form of communication regarding the breakdown. I ended up going with the other Katiso.
It wasn't a pleasant journey to be honest.

The bus never went to Harare Roadport although they promised when we embarked that they will go to Roadport. We were dropped at High Glen. This caused me a lot of inconveniences.
