It was horrible, bad service, bus delayed and no communication, they bring a bus that looks like it has been parked in the back yard for years. Worse now leaving people stranded at Park station with no bus to reach Pretoria. 🚮. Intercity disappointed me, I don't think I will ever travel with them

Greyhound pitched instead of citiliner though the deats were comfortable, we only boarded the bus only after almost 2 hours of waiting and at the park station, there was a long wait while drivers were discussing our arrival fate, had to jump from bus to bus with our luggage's. That made a trip even worse, lost another hour there
