The gate was late, it arrived at 10h45 and it wasnt intercape as booked, then it broke down while at the station and we left only at 11h45. Then the bus broke down again in Volkrust for 2 hours and delayed us heavily. Arrived at 1am - it is not safe for SAn women to be stuck in Midrand at 1 in the morning. Intercape needs to do better, we paid in full for this trip and would like to know what compensation is being offered for this major inconvenience

I was surprised that i bought an intercape tickit but got a different bus written tour something all i remember is that it was brown. Tell me what is the point of this because according to me was false advertising. Why was i not informed before i made a purchase that this would happen. I would have opted for another bus. Worst of it all we did not even stop at Montrose we had to eat when we got to pretoria. We got an hour late in pretoria as the tickets said will be in PTA at 9pm.

Bus was on time , we even arrived almost an hour earlier. However cleanliness of the bus could improve, all seats seem to be stained and I had to walk up to the back checking all seats.

The bus left me at the station becaUse I went to go get my sons bag from the car thay drove me to the station and I had to follow the bus to PMB,pay extra money only to get to PMB, get on the bus only to find out the seats i had booked were apparently not available. So I had a trash experience.

Horrible experience bud arrived late and what was underwhelming was the smell coming out from the toilet and we did inform driver, he responded very rudely asking what must he do and I was sitting across the toilet smell was all over and even worse toilet didn’t have water to wash hands or flush.

I didn`t enjoy anything at all. The seats where I was placed where completely broken, the passengers had no regard for anyone else on the bus and literally screamed and sang on top of their lungs the whole way. Very unpleasant.

It was my first time taking that bus and the experience was extremely bad, bus broke down we arrived late at our destination, the toilet in the bus stinks and no one to report to, no one taking responsibility. The customer service is very poor.
