Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein

The driver drove with care at the correct and safe pace. The bus was clean , we had much needed stops at the right time. The bus was affordable and all the charging ports worked perfectly. I have no complaints.

Bus was on time to leave, was neat and organised, staff members were cool 😎 and arrived early at destination, very satisfied.

The experience was perfect just didn’t like how some passengers were playing loud music instead of listening using headphones

Trip from Joburg to Bloem without refreshments stop at Kroonstad instead bus stops once 20mins after leaving Joburg station. No passenger wants toilet or refreshments at that time because the bus just left Joburg station

Bus supposed to be yesterday at 1 but was delayed for 16:30,rescheduled for today at 1 and got again a message stating it is again delayed. Called and the consultant was very unprofessional and rude. She even switch the phone off which is a cell phoned after not an answering after she dropped the call. The landlines for Eagle Liner just rings no one answer. I will NEVER recommend Eagle Liner to anyone!!!

I didn't enjoy the trip at all as there was a delay and no one bothered to explain to us as to why are we waiting for an hour no communication no nothing. We were initially supposed to have leave at 13:00 but we ended up leaving at 14:00 the ETA was supposed to be 18:05 but we ended up arriving at 20:00. This is ridiculous, poor customer service provided.

I tried contacting to change my 3oclock bus to Bloemfontein to the 7pm one. I was not assisted resulting in my funds getting forfeited. Worst service ever

It was a pleasant trip. The bus left and arrived on time. The drivers were friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable.

The bus stopped a few times without any explanation. Better communication was expected

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The problem is the seat that I was sitting on. It was declining it's self downwards. I could not sit properly upright for long. The seat would decline slowly downwards. The seat is positioned at ground floor at the end of the bus and is a single seat.

The toilet was very dirty but the driver was so nice and helpful.what liked is that they very good with time.

The seats were comfortable but limited leg movement. Driver drove well and the punctuality was good.

The bus was very clean and I enjoyed the adjustable sits and nice lights. However the driver was driving at very high speed it was very scary, I was uncomfortable and impatient to get to my destination. Literally left like I was flying.

Unfortunately, my journey with Delta Coaches was very disappointing. Their service was poor from the start the bus arrived late and there was no communication to inform passengers about the delay. The onboard toilets were not working, which made the trip uncomfortable. Even before boarding, the queue after purchasing a ticket was very disorganized and unpleasant. On top of that, the staff seemed poorly trained and unprofessional, which made the entire experience frustrating. Overall, everything about the journey felt horrible, and I left very dissatisfied with the service.

I am very dissapointed as a first time traveler with Delta. The bus had a breakdown within an hour from departing and i catched a lift with APC to get to my destination on time since it is very dangerous to stand on the road in the middle of the night.

I had a terrible experience with Delta Bus. This was my first time using the service, and it will definitely be my last. The bus was overloaded, and we were told there was no other bus going to Bloemfontein and Mthatha meaning we had no choice but to board a bus that was already full. People were standing all the way from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein, some even sitting on the floor due to a lack of seats. When we arrived in Bloemfontein, the compartment where our bags were stored wouldn’t open. I had to struggle to get my luggage out, and in the process, my bag got damaged because we had to force it out from the other side. My advice to the company is to please improve how you manage bookings and passenger counts. When people buy tickets, make sure the number of passengers matches the capacity of the bus. We pay for our seats we don’t board for free so we deserve proper service and respect. Please take this seriously and improve your operations.

The bus was delayed by more than an hour and no personnel from Vilamora seemed to bother to come and update us. I took it to my responsibility to go to their office and no one was on duty at the time. It was was extremely frustrating to say the least.

Terrible Horrible experience, the bus was stopping along the way. The steering wheel was broken but the driver persisted even though he saw that he’s putting our lives in danger. Cockroaches were all over us while the bus was parked on the side of N1. The driver was rude and didn’t want communicate with us regarding when will another bus come or we’ll get help from. He just went to sleep inside the bus while we were standing outside in the cold due to those cockroaches. We didn’t even reach our destination (Bloemfontein), I had to be fetched from Kroonstad another waste of money. What a joke of a bus company. Very unprofessional

Its unfair to pay for a bus ticket and get told to be there by half past 6 and wait till half past ten on a cold cement ground in town a female alone.
