the trip was nice but we only stopped once at the refreshment stops and we made it in time,can't complain.

The crew and driver were very unhelpful and not friendly at all... i did not have a pleasant trip. 😐

Nothing the trip was very bad , no toilet so we had to stop next to the road to wee , the bus was 2 hours late the driver was very Rude. I will never recommend this bus and I will never travel with it again not even if it was the last bus on the road

Its was very scary the driver was in a hurry I don't know for what he was speeding plus driving that side is not. Easy because of the sharp curves overtaking the trucks. It's was not a relaxing we had older people who kept telling him to slow down

Of all my bus trips this was the worst. Firstly the bus was 1.5 hours late, then a repair to the rear view mirror added another 30 minutes delay, and to add to that, the bus had to turn back to Grahamstown to pick up 2 passengers who were late for an already late bus. No information is shared. It is expected to accept what dished without even an apology. The day bus is preferred for a reason. Time is important.

This drivers they switch on aircon to cold all even if it's raining they do that. So we ended up having flue

I hope my review can help and changes will be made. Firstly the driver was very insolent towards passengers. The bus kept making this annoying beeping sound. We drove a very long way from PE to make a refreshment stop. When we landed in Bloemfontein, no announcement was made to notify us, I had to ask and other passengers knew about the drivers behavior and were scared of him and that's unacceptable.

Intercity is honestly a nightmare, I will never use that Bus again, never. Bus was smelling sewerage coz toilet is full. imagine, also passengers can easily be robbed of their belongings there, no tags on bags, also at one stop one guy who was not even a passenger was allowed by the drivers to get inside the Bus selling stuff.. no It was a nightmare

The bus was clean, on time, bus the driver was driving in a high speed on mountain areas and it was not easy for me to relax.

The reason for the bus ariving late , is because of heavy rain an roadworks stops.

The trip itself was amazing and the quality of the bus is amazing. I have no complaints about that but your bus drivers both were incredibly rude. Otherwise, I would recommend your bus to anyone.

The ride itself was comfortable as always but the roaches actually made my trip uncomfortable. They were everywhere. Please put an effort into regular fumigation.

The service was okay.. My biggest concern is that there are cocroaches in the bus... This is absolutely unacceptable

I had a good experience and the driver as well as the assistant was really very friendly. The only problem that I had, was that the bus was infected by cockroaches.
