Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth

They stop to long at places like George and windfarm we suppose to come 19:35 in Port Elizabeth but we arrival at 21:20 in Port Elizabeth

Was at swellendam, drove off, then turned around because 2 people was sleeping and never got off at swellendam, that wasted time and made my trip longer.

The bus was fine in its condition and the drivers were exceptional besides the fact that we were suffocating from chemical fumes coming out of the aircon. they were so bad that people's eyes started watering, nose dried up. I even suffocated at some stage and that is when I went to your drivers to report. they attended to the issue and called your office. your office refused to send another bus and instead instructed the drivers to pour water Jays' fluid into the toilet system. while you were correct in pin pointing the issue, however it did not go away completely as the fumes still remained till the very early hours of the morning. I had to use my T-shirt as a mask. my nose still dry as we speak and a pounding headache. I am considering changing my ticket for my return and use another company rather.

The toilets was disgusting. We only stop in the beginning for a 15min break and 4 hours later for the next stop. So if the toilet are disgusting its makes it very difficult if we only stop 4 or 5 hours later. My boyfriend asked the drivers if he can sit in front and the said no but when we stop to pickup people they can sit there so later in the Bus we just sat in front for some more leg space because my boyfriend is very long. The driver brought us safely to Uitenhage so that is probably the only good thing

I had a great experience with intercity express. The riding was smooth, quick and comfortable seats. However, I'm tall and there isn't enough space for my legs. Other than that, it was a great trip.

They drive safe, the drivers wait for u, they r soo... Respectful. Am soo... Satisfied with the trip. I will always take intercity express

My experience was very bad the bus was late first , secondly it was overloaded, and we stuck 2hrs on road

The bus was over two hours late, although SMS was sent judiciously, but it was very cold in Cape Town and raining terribly. Above all, it was a good journey per the ticket costs.

Apm is just like any other buses people should try it I really enjoyed my trips

Even though we left Cape Town late but we managed to arrive on time in Gqeberha.

Big sky is a very comfortable bus ,very warm since it's cold,I enjoyed it so much.

I didn’t enjoy the ride at all. The bus was super cold and has small chairs that were not so comfortable. It took long routes and the charging ports were not working but when booking it showed that they were working and had an air conditioning.

The only problem was that the bus was 45 minutes late beside that everything was good.

No toilet on bus. They didn't even check that all passengers were on board after a stop they almost drove away from me and the driver only communicated in Xhosa so how could I understand what he is saying !!

William Coaches is always pantcual, iv'e took the bus more than 6 times they are always on time never late

Make sure not to allow drunk passengers on the bus. 2 drunk men got picked up stinking like alcohol arguing with us and other passengers falling around, telling some passengers to go sit elsewhere so they can lay on the 2 seats each tshirts are off half naked, majority of the drive they are talking loud while other passengers are sleeping. So please ensure to make a policy where people is not to be picked up highly intoxicated.

It was great! No rude driver and no gatekeeping on seats behind the driver. Will travel again next week and will see if the momentum is kept.

Drivers managed to take safety decisions when bus was experienced brake problems. I could hear when braking, retarder was not in control. Thanks to them for managing the problem
