The personel of Intercape needs customer service training. They are awfully rude. Not every passanger is a person that has no job or does not have a destination to go to. When I approach a person, I expect them to lesson to my question, answer it and if there is any additional questions, tend to it.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 05:45 and I had to find other means of transportation to PE from Grahamstown because I'd miss my flight. When I called the intercape office I was told he bus would only arrive after 4 hours. I'm highly upset and when I asked to cancel my ticket, I was told I can't which made me even more upset.
