Bus from Grahamstown to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

The Bus/driver were Very Very Unprofessional the bus went routes that me as passenger didn't even recognize, I was supposed to be in my interview by 9 and the bus was supposed to arrived in Capetown by 8:30 unfortunatelyi didnt get to the interviewon time becausethe bus was late with almost 2hrs...I am so very disappointed with your service

The bus smelled like, driver drove slowly because the bus had a mechanical fault but driver didn't tell passengers what was happening. The bus eventually stopped just off Paarl

The bus was a 9pm bus and only pick her up at 2:30am I should be refunded at least 50% a 5hour delay is disgusting on a business point of few poorly managed company

The INTERSITY bus broke down in the middle of nowhere. Stranded for hours, we waited — uncertain, tired, and helpless — as time dragged on with no clear sign of rescue.

My journey from Grahamstown to Capetown was very good with intercity bus, the bus was on time and the drivers were very friendly

The bus was so clean it was a bit late for departure but got to my destination before time and the drivers were super nice

First the bus arrived an hour late with no explanation nothing 2nd we got lost on the way as if your driver's dnt know where they going 3rdly we arrived in Capetown past 10am instead of 7:55am in Belleville your got stuck we had to wait for another one yhuu this journey was terrible for me xeim

On the 1 September the bus was late for more than an hour as apologised for. At Belleville the bus spent unnecessary 45 to 50 minutes, waiting for pasangers from another bus that was supposed to go in for a service. The train problem about this is that the drivers did not communicate with us so that we know the reason for the delay. We had to confront him and threatened to go out of the bus and demanded management. After that chaos, he apologised and he drove to Cape Town station where we arrived at 10h05 instead of 08h10.

The Bus was late for more than 2 hrs- no notification to alert me as a commuter that the Bus was running late. Supposed to depart at 20:05- left at 22:13.

The personnel on the driver's side was excellent and very helpful

Bus arrived an hour late at Grahams Town, they did not notfy us and we almost got robbed and the bus was cold the whole night.

Please value your customers' time. This is the 3rd time the bus is late and am losing interest in using the bus

I had a horrible first experience with Eagle liner, as a result u will never ever use it or recommend it to anyone. It was 2 and half hours late, the driver didn't want to assist with my luggage, it was smelly, stuffy and extremely cold throughout the night. No heaters available. I was not happy with its condition at all.

Bus had a funny smell from the moment I boarded, seating too small, no charging ports, seats don't recline, boken window was closed with a plank, no air conditioning, not enough air ventilation to circulate bus. Overall disappointed with the bus experience.

Everything with the bus was superb except the hygiene and punctuality the journey was comfortable

Overall an awesome traveling experience. Would kindly recommend more social distancing. The bus arrived in Cape Town 30 minutes earlier which is amazing
