I was electronically transferred from Egle liner to InterCity Express yesterday without any prior notice to me.
My ticket indicated Egle liner as the carrier, so I was waiting for an egle line bus at the departure point. Unfortunately, I was unaware that my booking had been changed to InterCity, and as a result, I missed the bus. This situation is quite unfair, as I was not informed .
I kindly requested the service to assist me by allowing me to travel today instead, since the missed trip was due to the lack of communication regarding the transfer. But the denied they say my ticked expired already

Your service is bad😞😭 Eagle Liner didn't picked our kids at Grahams town and lied about messages being sent to us notifying us of same.
Am so disappointed cause my child had to to transferred to another bus of which the condition was bad,stinking toilets

The driver lost my luggage at Park Station when he stepped in the “shifting of my bag” from one bus to another and further not allowing me to view weather indeed he took my bags and cricket bat or not.
