🚌 Extremely Disappointed – A 5-Hour Delay with No Explanation
I had one of the worst travel experiences with this bus service. My bus was scheduled to leave Butterworth at 4:00 PM, yet it only departed at 9:30 PM — a shocking five and a half hours late. Not once did we receive any communication or updates explaining the delay. Even more frustrating, when I reached out to the customer and ticketing service, they had absolutely no idea what was going on. How does a transport company not know where its own bus is?
To make matters worse, the bus was filthy and clearly not maintained with any care for passengers. After such an exhausting wait, stepping onto a dirty bus felt like a final slap in the face.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never book with this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting their time and money to such incompetence
