Hosts had overbooked the bus and we had to wait for an hour and a half for them to try to sort that out, and we were only told because they wanted 1 passenger to go to another Intercape bus. The bus was delayed already and that confusion made things worse

Very bad trip. Bus broke down 5 times. The bus was not serviced. Horrible experience, these busses should not be allowed to carry people. Bus drivers are so rude.

Delra was 1 hour late to depart Midrand, we left joburg to mthatha at 22h00 along the road it started raining it pouring rain inside everyone was wet, then it started binding wheels smoke inside the bus everyone screaming bus is on fire when approaching Mont Frere we got pulled off by police only to find the bus is not roadworthy drove to police station they impound the bus we had to wait for another bus from Mthatha. Delta is the worse bus service ever

If I could I would give Delta Coaches zero rating. Six o’clock bus came at 9 o’clock and the driver was not even remorseful for keeping us waiting. When the bus came, it was already full there was nowhere to sit or even to stand. In the bus there were ppl going everywhere such as East London, Eastern Cape, Durban and Cape Town. Still this bus did not take us we had to wait for another bus which took over an hour. Took us to Park Station where we waited for another bus which took its own hour to arrive. We left Park station 5 hours after we were stopped to leave. I hate Delta coaches with all heart. very poor service and rude and inconsiderate staff.
