My experience was disappointing to say the least. The bus arrived late at Midrand, worse it was a busy playing loud music and the bus was dirty.
From there on as we were traveling, the driver would stop just for a smoke break. The trip ended up being so long. The seats were also not comfortable.

I was only satisfied that the bus was on time and gave us enough time for our break at Montrose. However the charging points weren't working 😕. I was sitting on top & there was no water to wash hands in the toilet. The taps were working.

The trip was OK but the passenger that sat next to me removed his shoes and the lower deck of the bus was smelling of feet odor. The air-conditioning was not working making it uncomfortable

It was the worse experience ever, the bus was late to pick us up, it was extremely hot as the aircon was not working the seat belt message kept going on, the bus had a bad smell, to top it all of we were 2 hours late on drop off, as the ticket said we would arrive at 5:35am however we arrived far after 7am, I missed a very important appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied. We did not even have a proper bathroom break on an almost 12 hour trip.
