The bus arrived very very very late and we made a stop at Bloemfontein for almost an hour waiting for something we didn't know and it arrived 3 hours late after my destination. I loved the fact the bus had heaters so we couldn't get cold.

It was nice but some seats were not adjustable and charging pots were not working

Firstly the bus has no reclining handle for the seats on the aisle makes it very difficult and painful to travel for over 15 hours. Then we had to stop in Queenstown for about 2 &1/2 hours at 6:30 this made me arrive in Mthatha at 13:22 instead of the time stated on the ticket which is 10:45
