I didn’t enjoy anything with this trip. All night cold air was opened instead of heater, drivers were very rude fighting with passengers. I would never advise anyone to use this bus. At pick up point we were 1st on the queue but they prioritised people who did not have luggage’s who were even last on the queue

The driver of the bus took off with me. It was my first time back in s.a after a while. I booked my ticket from your european sight. They did not have my seat number. They were rude. Bus was dirty. It was a terrible experience

We did however only reached our Durban at 18:30 instead of 17:15. Due to heavy traffic at Pietermaritzburg.

There's nothing I enjoyed. One the bus was 45 minutes late. Two I didn't get the sit I had to stand with my own two feet. Three the time we finished buying food when we came back to the bus it was locked we had to wait outside while freezing to death. Four the driver was slow which made us arrived late. Lastly we arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late. The time I arrived at my stop it was already dark which made me not safe and I almost didn't get the taxi because of the time.
