Journey was ohk but language was day light robbery had two large bags that weighed 23 kg and did option for 20kg free for two bags was then told to pay R244 for my bags.

The driver was good I can give him 5 however the management failing to manage time I was supposed to leave at 11h10 but the bust cam at 12h00 and was full I ended up leaving very late. I was supposed to be in Midrand by 17h00 but I arrived at 19h30.

the I bus booked did not come Starbucks came late and its seats were very uncomfortable the bus I booked was 10:05am bus but I reached midrand at 7:30 at night am so disappointed please improve your service.

What I didn't like was the fact that the busses were more than an hour late. I liked that once the bus arrived we did not encounter any problems on the way.

1st the bus was 1.5 hours late. I do understand they can't control traffic. The worst part was it was very hot with a full bus and no working A/c as well as no USB port. Also no cup holders and the back of the seats pockets were all ripped out.

We were supposed to leave at 07h50 but we left Pmb at 10h30. The rest of the journey was fine uneventful

I enjoyed everything, the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was driving well. What I did not like is that the waiting time i had to wait 6hrs for the second bus to Middelburg. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My experience was quite bitter sweet . The driver was driving very well. Seats are comfortable but the only thing that kept me from enjoying my travel were the men that were intoxicated. They were drinking alcohol on the bus speaking loudly and being aggressive at times. They really ruined the trip for me.
