Very Disappointed💔 , poor service and arrogant drivers. I booked intercape but I ended up being downgraded to Big Sky that went From one city to another without being informed. My trip was supposed to be 7 hours but it ended up being 12 full hours. Last minute changes😩, unnecessary stops . Yhooo ngikhalela imali yami

The driver was brilliant, felt very safe, smooth relaxed travel, stopped for something to eat,no noise on the bus, comfortable seating, all in all very happy, just at the drop off in Bosmont felt unsafe when alighted the bus,all the hustlers outside vying for taxi passengers, not nice experience, hence I changed my trip back to intercape, just because of safety at the rank

Big Sky Express Pretoria Pietermaritzburg recent customer reviews
I was lucky enough not to have anyone seated next to me, so I was a little more comfortable than if someone had been there.
What I was not pleased about what the lack of communication at the check-in point. I waited in line for about an hour. There was just no order, which caused a few people to almost miss their busses.
