The experience was good, the seat adjustments were perfect, but the environment on the bus was too cold and stuffy. I would’ve appreciated a quick “tour” or summary of how the bus is organized, since there were so many features that I only discovered much later. Learning about them earlier would’ve made my experience even better

Enjoyed the trip even more had a front seat, with nice view. Bus was on time. We had a puncture in one of the trailer wheel. Enjoyed in helping in changing of a punctured wheel afterGrasmere Tollgate. The process was faster. Both drivers were friendly.

Left late as bus wouldn’t start, but made up the time on the journey. Bus was clean and comfortable, but very hot and stuffy as the driver didn’t like air conditioning.

One can say a lot about whats good and bad, mostly influenced by physical observation and personal space, especialy when travelling long distance. I would like to thank the driver who was 100% concentrating on his job, that was to ensure we all arrive safely at our destination. Well done sir! Thanks a lot!!

I hated the fact that I had to be transferred to three different busses before reaching my destination. I was impressed by the fact that the first bus arrived timeously for departure

I had a terrible experience with this bus service. First, the bus arrived late, leaving everyone waiting with no updates or apologies. To make things worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, making the ride unbearable in the heat. The drivers were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing zero concern for the passengers. Overall, an awful experience—definitely not worth the money or the hassle

I love the punctuality and constant communication to keep us on board. I just didn't see any ablution system on the bus. That's not safe for long trips.

Very very bad experience..Extremely bad indeed.😔 The Delta bus stopped in the middle of the way due to it's problem. Driver told us it has power problem,it can't travel more. We waited almost 3 hours before the other bus came. I fail to understand why can't your service inspect the bus first before allowing it to travel? 💔..That's a bad move. What about our safety? What about our time? That's not good at all.
