What to know before traveling with Eagle Liner
Before hopping on the bus, there are a few things you should know. For starters, passengers need to arrive at the departure point 30 minutes before the departure time shown on the tickets. To board the bus, passengers also need to show a valid ID or specific travel documents for cross-border journeys.
It's also important to note that Eagle Liner aims to offer a pleasant and comfortable ride, but cannot assure the availability of all amenities on each bus. Passengers have noted occasional malfunctioning power outlets, and delays caused by traffic or mechanical issues are common.

Eagle Liner User Reviews
Eagle Liner receives mixed feedback from its users. Many appreciate the presence of air conditioning and timely arrivals, which contribute positively to their travel experience. However, several reviews highlight discomfort due to small seats and non-functional recliners. Additionally, there are concerns about language barriers with drivers and inadequate communication at bus stops.
The Eagle liner from Durban to Jhb, Sunday 30th Nov, It was very much satisfactory. The driver was good as well. However, I was not happy about the Eagle Liner, I used on Friday, 28 Nov as I was going to Dbn. The bus didn't go straight to Dbn it went via Newcastle and there was a passenger who was supposed to take-off at Montrose, and that didn't happen. The experience, I had on Friday was not good at all. Even the driver, was frustrated, the way his route was messed up. It delayed our arrival time.

On 19/03/3025 I didn't like that the bus was late, alternatively we had to take a bus to Park Station to catch our bus to Cape Town . Except that it's confined and has tiny seats and our bags got wet as a result when it rained. Another this was that , the toilet was clean and we maintained it .The drivers were very informative and very helpful. They tried to keep up with the time although some people left for too long and we had to wait for them. Overall i enjoyed my trip and want to thank the team, we made it in peace and we have all our belongings safe with us. I would recommend it to others...🙏

It would be nice if they were more efficient when it comes to the switching of passenger after leaving Park Station, it can't take them an hour to figure out how many spaces are left and who sits where. The quality of the bus was rather concerning, water was coming out from the plastic trimming under the window and there's a gap under the sliding window that allowed wind and water to come in. I hope they fix all those issues.

There were cockroaches and no anouncements were being made throughout our journey.
