The bus (701) to Mthata, via Bloemfontein, was not good at all, it was jumping up and down all the way to Mthata, like a car that does not have shock absorbers. even in a small uneven road, one could feel the impact . it was hurting us. what an uncomfortable journey it was. the drivers were ok, but this time, the bus was not ok at all, imagine travelling 18 hours in a bus like that. I travel regularly with intercape, on the same route but this was a very bad experience. Even GREYHOUND with highly population of cockroaches was better than this. I even asked the driver , when they dropped us at ultracity, to go and park that bus, it was very scary experience.

It was a very bad experience. The bus was late with 2 hours 30 min and I only received the notification when I was already at Park station and couldn't cancel the trip and book another one. As result I couldn't attend work because it arrived in Mthatha very late. I am never ever booking APM again in my life.
