The bus arrived late at the pick up spot, made unnecessary long stops along the way. The bus itself looks old, it has uncomfortable and unreclining seats, there is no enough space and leg room, charging ports are loose. I was supposed to be at Mthatha Station by 07H45( or 08H45 the latest) but now at 12H12 I'm still inside the bus on my way to Mthatha. Never recommend this bus for anyone .

The worst. Apm should not be used, their service was very poor. Bus arrived an hour late. We were supposed to get to EC @7 but we got there @12. The drivers weren't even communicating with us. The experience was really bad.

The service is very very bad, we have been stuck since 4 am in the middle of nowhere till now, the people working for the company are very rude when they are asked to fix the issue and they keep on lying that the mechanic is on his way or he’s already there whereas he’s not. They no longer pick up calls from their own drivers, people are starving and there’s just no hope.

Very bad, very pathetic, unprofessional. The bus got stuck mechanically since 02:00 50km to Aberdeen. We called the office and no one assisted. Drivers tried to call but no assistance from the office. We asked the number of the owner and the drivers refused to give us the owners numbers. As I'm typing this message, we are still stuck with no help from the office. The situation is very frustrating and I'm very disappointed with Jobela's service.

My experience with Naledi was awful, therefore I'm never using Naledi buses ever again and this was my first and last time. The bus never came to Bellville to pick me up, there was absolutely nothing to enjoy about their service and I even called the bus owner about the situation but he wasn't even helpful and he didn't seem to care or make any arrangements but he later didn't pick up his phone on purpose. I wouldn't advice anyone to take Naledi buses.
