This has been the most terrible of trips ever experienced. At first, the bus was two hours late.. upon arrival, there was commotion as people were overbooked. That whole process made us two hours late. We were supposed to have arrived at 8:30 this morning and now at 12pm we are still en route.

Booked this bus for my siblings about 19:15 bt the bus did not only delay by 5hrs but they had to also make an effort to get trough to them so they can take them from the departing spot. Craziest thing is they departed at about 12:am and the bus broke down before it even reached Beaufort West. They waited and were told that they should wait for the other bus coming from CPT. Last time I spoke to them was about 10am telling me they were still waiting and I guess their phone ran out of battery as I can no longer reach them. It is now 13:07 and I am super worried, they were supposed to arrive in Queenstown at 06:50, m very disappointed, to even think I booked a return ticket for them, and they will have to use this bus again on Sunday because I was told the ticket in non-refundable is really making me furious.
I would never recommend this bus to anyone, they are very unprofessional.

I waited for the bus from 18:30 till 21:10 it did show up. No update on the delay till today. Eventually Bhadela bus came I asked them paid that's how I got to Queenstown.Thats so very bad😭😭😭
