Bus from Queenstown, ZA to Paarl: Tickets & Schedules

Bus just switched off in the middle of nowhere, you should have sent us similar bus instead of grouping us in one small bus. You knew from Queenstown something was wrong, but thank you we arrived safely

I enjoyed everything the only thing I didn't like was that they was no wifi yet it was advertised

I’ve had recently had bad experiences with other bus companies and told myself I would never be on a bus ever again.But when I travelled with intercape my perception changed completely I don’t want to lie my experience with intercape went exceptionally well👌

its not a reliable bus. I was supposed to board at half past 4 yesterday, the bus delayed by a whole hour and when an Apm bus arrived it only picked up like 4 people. These people even arrived later than me, i arrived at half past 4 and ended up getting on the bus at half past 8 yesterday evening, i still havent arrived where im going. I wish they can work on improving their service

The bus was late supposed depart from Queenstown at 17:20 it arrived at 19:00 but I had a nice journey but was in good condition 😁😊 it made the arrival time of 07:20 next morning in paarl

Good drivers, bad managers, waited 2 hrs in Graaf Reinet confused and frustrated

I didn't enjoy anything the drivers of bus 117 where rude 😤 couldn't communicate with the passengers,,the heat was unbearable yet they didn't switch it to the right temp the yellow bone driver kept us awake driving nonsense yhoo am thanks ngabo.

The bus delay was communicated, the customer services from the Bus Driver needs to improve his manner to serve the customers.

Terrible,the bus pass my destination point and drop me at the following station,claiming that they did not know if there was a person for my station which was Paarl even though i have bought a ticket The driver gave me R50 to catch a taxi that was not available at the drop off point,and he told me to see how i get home because it was not their fault that i did not come to report to them when they called for laguage,which i did not have I was left there

It was the disaster of a trip, I will never in my life book that stupid bus again. I can't be believe what that busy company have to put the passengers in that situation where we have to stuck in Graaff Reniet for hours because the is no money for deisel. So we ended up contributing to our pockets so that the bus can get diesel and go we contributed to the amount of R3400, then the Bus stopped again then to Leinsburg because the diesel is low then we again contributed the amount of R1000.00 we then went to Worcester with that diesel. It stopped again in another garade in Worcester then we didn't have money any more to contribute for the diesel money as passengers. Luckily we saw some police in that garage and we told them our story and the situation we in. The police got the cell numbers of the lady who is claiming that she is the daughter of the owner of the bus that Ilula has hired, the name of the Buss is "Freeway Coaches". When called by the police we waited only five minutes and the money of the diesel that will take from Worcester to Cape Town was transferred. The management of Ilula Bus is disappointing and the drivers were also rude to us. So I will never recommend anyone to book that bus. To be honest I had an 😞 trip. Didn't enjoy anything about that bus. I only thank god that I have arrived safely🙏.

Very bad, the bus delayed for more than 5 hours. Passengers were never informed about the delay. Taxis were organized much later for us. Ilula is the worst bus service, I will never recommend anyone to use it, in fact I will warn people about this experience
