I had to sit in the middle seat of the 3 seats side. The problem was the guy sitting by the window was over sized taking up 1 1/2 seat space and the guy sitting at the end was determined to sit in his full seat space. I had to sit beding forward in my seat from Paarl till Bloem. As a result of this my right hip and all the muscles in my body is painful today. I don't know if I will use intercape again. When I booked my seat down to Paarl for the 13 Dec I got the sleepliner and was very impressed. For the same price I booked my seat back Paarl to JHB and got the budget liner. I have raised this with the driver yesterday after the first stop and was told I have to phone the help line. I told them I was unable to cause my phone was on 25% and that I could not even charge my phone for 2 reasons. I am being swatched in my seat as the guy next to me was taking up halve off my seat due to his side yet they insisted that a 3rd person sit next to me as it was a 3 seater. I also advised him that the charge ports was for UBS and my phone needs c type charge point. Yet infront 2 small children we seated with more than enough space. The driver for most of our stops didn't even say where we stopped and since my phoned died cause I was unable to charge it I was in the dark most of the time as to where I was in my yourney .I really have nothing good to say about my budget liner trip.

I was 19:40there by shell waiting for the bus up to 2:54 no bus come the depart time was 20:00 and im still in paarl and i dont have ani money to buy another bus ticket and lost my job because of the bus

First off all they were very late and didn't apologize for that,they had many unnecessary long stops and we arrived late were supposed to arrive at 07:30but arrived at 12:00 imagine I had an interview to attend and my baby was getting cold, I'll never book that bus again
