Gxaweni has received positive feedback for its friendly staff and timely arrivals, with some users appreciating the overall good service and comfortable buses. However, there have been reports of delays in bus schedules, which affected travel experiences for a few passengers. Despite these issues, many customers still find Gxaweni's services satisfactory.

I am giving 1 star rating because when I arrived the bus station which was on time and about 20 minutes prior to departure, I got told the bus had already left ealier than scheduled which was not even communicated. They then told me to come beck the next day which was absurd

Firstly I book the bus for 16h45 pm.The bus arrived at 20h25 pm.hrs I spent there with out information,no offices or representative to ask.When bus arrived the guy was helping there was arrogant,rude no manners,funny thing I paid R30 for my small bag weigh 7 kg.i was so surprised but since I wanted to go home I ignored everything.i regret to book Gxaweni.I will never ever book it again
