The bus experience was terrible, one of the drivers was very rude and dismissive. The charging ports were not easily accessible and the chairs were falling on our laps. Not to even mention the fact the we were stuck for a good 3 hours because the bus was faulty, and we’re being given the run around as to what was actually wrong and how long it would take to fix and the technician/mechanic arriving hours later to fix the bus. And us being told there was no back up bus to be dispatched was just so crazy.
Users have shared positive experiences, highlighting the warm and safe service along with friendly conductors. Many appreciated their journeys as enjoyable and perfect. However, some mentioned minor concerns such as a lack of music on the bus or feeling cold during the trip. Overall, travelers seem pleased with their experience.

I received a text at 9am telling that the bus would not be picking up in Ngcobo but instead Cofimvaba. They could’ve communicated this earlier and according to the bus drivers, they don’t do pick ups in Ngcobo at all. My question is why would they provide the Ngcobo option if they know they don’t pick up there? I had to spend more that I had planned due to their incompetence.
Another issue is that they overbooked the bus and we had to park for +- 60 min for them to resolve the overload issue.
Other than that, the ride was pleasant and the drivers were good communicators.

Hi. The experience was horrible. Nothing enjoyed. The bus was 8hrs late. Ticket was booked from Engcobo and I was told to travel to Comfivaba as the bus will leave from there. That is where I spent those hours waiting in the dark and cold, with zero communication. No care for passengers and their wellbeing. Bus was extremely cold when it finally arrived, dirty with cockroaches, people drunk inside, overcrowded.
