I booked for my brother, the experience was soo bad, their clothes where snatched while the bus was going it’s even worse he had new clothes from shein, adidas, sport scene also my sisters Iphone and laptop, I’m soo disappointed my brother isn’t even working we supporting him.

I booked a bus for 15:10 but i was updated past four that the bus will be late. Can Apm company please improve on communicating with it's clients about the delays on time and also the bus that was sent we suffered from cold air conditioner, the driver didn't switch it off so we were freezing
