The bus didn't arrive on time from the pick station. The passengers were taken off the bus in Queenstown and waited in the street next to bus station for about two hours. No our from the staff properly addressed the passengers of the situation. People were panicking due to that bad treatment and there was no apology from the staff.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS
very unprofessional drivers and staff. Drivers were caught drinking alcohol, and were very rude when asked questions. The drivers and head office manipulated us through lies about the buses to be used, we were offloaded multiple times to various buses. The bus was supposed to arrive before 7a.m. however due to the various lies, manipulation, sub par buses, we arrived just before 4 p.m.

Unfortunately the driver was extremely rude and lacked personal care and empathy. The toilet on board was reeking in poor odour. It was raining and the bus leaking from the top into the bus and when we got to JHB park station, in short notice driver and assistance move us from their bus to another bus different name and rushed us while travelling with a kid and were ver rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I am utterly disappointed

Very dissatisfied why? Arrived at the station and find Out the Pretoria bus is full. They take me to the one going to Cape Town for me to be transferred at East London guess what I reminded them several times. I ended up landing in Cape Town as I am still here since morning waiting for a trip of 14H00 how do one explain it?
