Pathetic service. We were meant to leave Pretoria at 09:30 but only left at 11:05. Along the way the bus couldn’t start. We waited about an hour for someone to jumpstart us. What’s a horrible experience. I’m never using this bus again. Sheer disregard for customers

It was comfortable and the drive was okay. My issue was that the bus was late and no acknowledgement was made and if I was the one running late no leniency would have been given.
Also the aircon was so cold and unbearable

The bus ride was very uncomfortable for my father (69 years old) and the driver very rude. He dropped him off in the middle of the road and didn't want to stop at Mall of the North.

Fun lover coaches generally provide good service, with buses usually departing and arriving on time. However, during peak times, stricter enforcement is needed to prevent delays caused by passengers taking long breaks at stops like Kranskop. Some customers have reported being dropped off at incorrect locations, requiring them to make alternative arrangements for their journey home. Despite some minor issues with timing and bus quality not meeting expectations in a few cases, overall feedback includes positive experiences of helpful drivers accommodating special needs passengers and delivering punctual trips that are safe and enjoyable."

In the 1st place the bus was suppose to leave at 08H10. I had to go to the guy at the counter because the bus do not come. Every time he says 10 more minutes, they are incompetent and can not keep travellers updated. The bus arrived at 09H00. The most unpleasant was the guy that was the assistant on the 1st bus was drinking heavily. Unecceptable. Then the bus broke down before we left Pretoria. We stood there untill 10H30. We as passengers had to load our own suitcases from the broken bus to the new bus due to the assistant that was drunk. So I started phoning where call centre the bus left at the depot, worst of all they will phone me not once they phoned. 5 calls later they did not even bother to answer when they saw my nr. They pitched at 10H30. I had to be back at my work at 13H00. Needless to say the bus arrived at my destination at 14H30 after I begged the driver to let me off the bus next to the road otherwise it would reached it half an hour later. The driver of the 2nd bus was excellent, friendly but assistant really can dress better. One thing is S. A does not only have blacks. The music on the bus was terrible. So loud that I could not even hear my phone ring. Bit I will NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF IT.
