At first the bus was supposed to leave Port elizabeth at 6pm but the bus came at around 8pm and I had a doctors appointment at 10am in Pretoria of which the bus arrived at 11:46 in Pretoria now I couldn't attend my appointment and was supposed to attend the meeting at the Irish Embassy and they closes at 12 now all my appointments I did not even managed to get 1now I had to pay for a BNB to sleep which is also an expence that they put me through. Sorry to say this but this bus is totally useless Rubbish bus I won't advise people to book from them.

Was meant to arrive in Pta at 09h20 but it’s 4pm now and I’m still on the bus and not in Pta yet, I spent over 24hours on the bus for a 16hr trip. Overall a terrible experience.

Very bad, I booked intercity for my mom because I know it's comfortable than eagle liner, but instead eagle liner was their bus to Pretoria, the was j explanation that these no intercity only eagle liner nothing. I as well use eagle liner when I travel but as I don't think I will be able to use your busses anymore. So disappointing 😞
